We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customised products (e.g., with names or numbers) are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and if customised with name or/and number. For most of Scandinavia and central Europe, standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Custom products (Name and/or number) may take an additional 7-12 days to produce. (Depending on demand)
