Order
- For most of Scandinavia and Central Europe, standard shipping takes 2-7 business days.
- Custom made products (name and/or number) may take an additional 7-12 days to produce. (Depending on demand)
Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may apply if you are ordering from outside the European Union. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery method once your order has been placed.
Shipping & returns
we ship worldwide ! If for some reason your location is not supported at checkout, simply send us an email:

We will do everything we can to make it work. No alpha® child should miss out.
You can return unused, uncustomized items within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Personalized products (e.g. with name or number) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Products with stickers attached are also non-returnable as they are considered personalized.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
A money back refund will be transferred by the same method of payment that was used for the purchase. We will hold back the payment until we have received the item.
