Payments

Generation Hub ApS accepts online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Maestro, Paypal, ApplePay, Anyday.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

Amount reserved

When using a payment card, debit or credit card, a reservation is made for the amount traded for. This amount is reserved until the web shop has processed and shipped your order. When the order is dispatched, the amount will be withdrawn from the account.
The reservation time depends on the product/service.

Debit card authorization

When using a Debit Card, you will be able to see that money is reserved on your account and your available amount will therefore appear to be less.
If you or the web shop cancels the order, then the web shop will not be able to withdraw the money from your account, but you will still be able to see the reservation amount on your account for some time.
Note, that only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such reservation.

Credit Card authorization

The money will be withdrawn from your account when the web shop processes and withdraws the payment from your order. The transaction will now appear in your bank overview.

All prices on the website include VAT.

The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300 DKK or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will charge the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly installment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly installments starts from four months and can vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each installment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flex payment, and the specific payment plan you have selected. Remember, if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will accrue. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be terminated. Generation Hub ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.

Generation Hub ApS's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

We ship across the EU and internationally.
a. Orders without personalized stickers are typically shipped next business day.
b. Orders with personalized stickers are dispatched within 7 days of order placement.

The delivery time for your order is 1-2 days in Denmark and 5-7 business days in EU and imternationally.

Generation Hub ApS uses GLS and UPS for shipment of your ordered items.

Freight cost is calculated from the weight and volume of the items.

You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop.

You will receive a Track and Trace-number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

Generation Hub ApS offers a 30 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 30 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs you incur yourself.

The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.

If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail om info@alpha.shop. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Generation Hub ApS to evaluate the item's condition.

All standard products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. They must be returned in the original packaging. You will receive your refund immediately upon return.
You will not be able to return personalized stickers.

There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Generation Hub ApS in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider a maximum of 2 months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs. The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually. Generation Hub ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent.
